Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping Timeline
- Standard delivery timeline is 3–7 business days, depending on your location
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays or unforeseen circumstances
Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping across India on all prepaid orders
- A nominal charge may apply for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, if applicable
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/email/WhatsApp to monitor your shipment in real time.
Delivery Issues
In case of delays or delivery-related issues, we will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve them at the earliest. However, we are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may incur additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with proper proof, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
