Refund policy
At Anvika Jewels, each product is carefully inspected and packed to ensure it reaches you in excellent condition.
We maintain a strict no return, no exchange, and no cancellation policy once an order has been delivered successfully. However, we do provide support in rare cases of genuine issues as outlined below.
Eligible Cases
A replacement, exchange, or refund will be considered only under the following circumstances:
- The product is received in a damaged condition
- There is a manufacturing defect
- An incorrect product has been delivered
Claim Requirements
To initiate a request, the following conditions must be met:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- A clear unboxing video (without cuts) is mandatory as proof
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Resolution Process
Once the claim is reviewed and approved:
- A replacement or exchange will be provided, subject to product availability
- If the requested product is not available, a refund will be processed
Non-Eligible Cases
Requests will not be accepted in the following situations:
- Minor variations in color, design, or finish
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Damage caused after delivery due to usage or mishandling
Important Notes
- Exchange is limited to the same product or a product of equal value
- Only one-time exchange/replacement is allowed per order
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
